4th of July!

Daddy had to work on the 4th so we had a pretty low key day.

Mommy went shopping with Grammy for baby clothes, I've already grown out of all my 9 month stuff!

Then we had a BBQ dinner with uncle Nick at my Grammy's house.

June was filled with playing! Evie learned how to army crawl, she's starting to talk a bit and she loves to play "peek-a-boo"!

She's also starting to get in to trouble... let the baby proofing begin :)

One afternoon she crawled up to the PS3 and hit the eject button... out popped a DVD! Now she crawls straight for it hoping it will happen again. She loves pulling things apart and dumping her toy baskets... and of course everything goes in her mouth.

Nap time? I think not!

Baby Blanket

Grammy (Lisa's mom) made Evie a baby blanket. This was a very special gift to Evie, and very momentous for Lisa as she was attached to her baby blanket as a child. Claire and Lisa picked out the fabric before Evie was born, even before we knew she was a girl, and there's a piece of Lisa's baby blanket sewn in the middle.

I'm sure this blanket will go everywhere we go, just like mommy's did!

Peek a Boo!

Splish Splash

Little Miss had her first experience in the pool on June 13th. We headed up to Brian's parent's house for a dip in order to cool down... it's been over 100 degrees for a month now!!!

Evie wasn't sure at first, but as soon as she figured out she could splash she was happy as a clam.
